Lily Lawrence-Brown

Lily Lawrence-Brown has extensive experience in training and education, currently serving as the Head of Training at Infinity since February 2017, where responsibilities include scaling the Training function within the Customer Experience Team and developing programs to enhance customer engagement. Prior to this role, Lily held positions such as Analytics Executive and Digital Marketing Trainer at Jellyfish Online Marketing, where duties involved conducting audits and optimizing Google Analytics accounts, and served as Housemistress and Head of Business Studies and Economics at The Royal Alexandra and Albert School, managing the pastoral care and academic performance of students. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Brighton, a Certificate in Boarding Management from the University of Roehampton, and completion of an Intensive Teacher Training Programme at Canterbury Christ Church University.
