Sam Hill has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Sam started their career as a Sales Co-ordinator at Prysmian Cables & Systems Limited, where they gained experience in global accounts management and sales coordination. Sam then moved on to Advanced Resource Managers, where they worked as an Online Marketing Executive, focusing on social media strategy and generating leads.
After that, Sam joined Greenlight Digital as an SEO Account Executive and later progressed to roles such as Digital Account Manager, Senior Digital Account Manager, and Digital Account Director. Sam was responsible for managing and executing digital strategies for globally renowned brands.
Sam also worked at B2B Marketing as a CX Ambassador, providing CX consultancy and guidance to the professional B2B marketing community.
In their most recent role, Sam held multiple positions at Infinity, starting as the Director of Customer Experience, where they led various teams in delivering a world-class customer experience. Sam then became the VP of Customer Operations, leading the CX Operations teams and overseeing the acquisition and integration of another business. Currently, they hold the position of VP Operations, where they focus on strategic prioritization, operational effectiveness, and solving key organizational challenges.
Sam Hill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Portsmouth, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including Google Tag Manager Fundamentals, Google Analytics IQ, Google AdWords Advanced, DoubleClick Campaign Manager Fundamentals, DoubleClick Search Fundamentals, Google Analytics Fundamentals, Google AdWords Fundamentals, and most recently, the Google Analytics 4 Certification in August 2022.
