Previously, Leon served as the CEO of Obero SPM, leading the company until its acquisition by Xactly Corporation in 2018, and managed Performance Management Services for IBM's North American Business Unit. Leon holds an MBA in Information Technology/Operations from the Schulich School of Business, York University, and a BA in Economics and Business Administration from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
