Kai-Jay Chen

Kai-Jay Chen has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. From 2022 to the present, they have been working as a Senior Accountant at Infinium. Previously, from 2021 to 2022, they served as a Senior Compliance Accountant at Quick Quack Car Wash, where they handled tax filings for multiple properties and managed sales and use taxes. From 2018 to 2021, Kai-Jay worked as a Senior Accountant at Revionics, where they managed the fixed asset ledger and filed taxes related to company property. In 2015, they worked as an Auditor-Appraiser II at the County of Santa Barbara, conducting audits and appraisals of business and personal property. Beginning in 2008, Kai-Jay held various roles at Curvature, including Product Marketing Manager/Project Manager and General Accountant, where they managed OEM partnerships, prepared reconciliations, and maintained records and reporting for clients.

Kai-Jay Chen completed a Project Management Professional Certificate Program at UC Santa Barbara from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting from the same institution. In addition, Kai-Jay Chen holds an Appraiser Certification obtained from the California State Board of Equalization in December 2015. They also obtained a VMware Sales Professional (VSP) certification, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
