Matej Spoler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and technology leadership. Since May 2005, Matej has been serving as the Chief Talent Officer and Co-Founder at Infinum, where responsibilities include guiding talent development and organizational growth. Additionally, Matej held the position of Managing Director at Porsche Digital Croatia from February 2022 to February 2023, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives. Matej's educational background includes a degree from the University of Zagreb, completed between 2005 and 2009, following studies at High School "Gimnazija Karlovac" from 2000 to 2004.
