Heather LaPointe

Heather LaPointe, MSHCM, is currently serving as the Technical Operations Lead at Infinx. They have extensive experience in healthcare management, having held positions such as Practice Manager and Healthcare Consultant, where they contributed to improving clinical operations. Previously, Heather worked in various roles, including Access Manager and Office Manager, across multiple healthcare organizations. Their educational background includes a Master's degree in Healthcare Management from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, complemented by a Project Management course from Coursera.
