Stephen Koti

Stephen Koti has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as a Manager at Infinx since July 2025. Prior to this role, Stephen worked at Health Prime from March 2021 to April 2022 as a Team Leader, managing a team of over 30 in the Kareo process, ensuring efficient operations across multiple specialties, and conducting AR reviews. Stephen also held the position of Associate Manager at Health Prime, overseeing a team of 50 and focusing on client satisfaction and continuous improvement. Before that, at GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, Stephen managed a team of 20+, led a Client Assistance Project, and performed trend analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Services from the University of Mumbai, along with a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and participation in a Problem Solving Workshop in 2023.
