Lei P. is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and architecture across multiple companies. Currently serving in the role of Enterprise AI at Massive Scale at Inflection AI since December 2024, Lei co-founded Jelled in January 2022, ultimately leading to its acquisition by Inflection AI. Previous roles include Senior Director of Engineering and Vice President of Engineering at NAUTO, as well as co-founding Waggle Ventures Inc., which was acquired by Nimble. Lei's expertise in system architecture was demonstrated as Lead Architect at BrightSky Labs and as Engineering Lead at CreativeLive, contributing significantly to the migration to modern architectures. Notable positions also include Chief Architect roles at Givit and SkinIt Inc., and VP of Engineering at VMIX, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego.
