Michael Baster

Michael Baster is a Partner at Inflexion Private Equity, where they focus on Business Services investments. Previously, they served as a Partner at Crescent Capital Partners, a leading mid-market private equity firm, from 2010 to 2023. Michael began their career as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company from 2007 to 2010. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), as well as a Chinese Language Diploma, all from the University of Melbourne. Michael completed their secondary education at Melbourne Grammar School.
