Matthew Belson, EIT, is a Senior Project Engineer at Automated Control Concepts, Inc. since November 2019, and the Creator and Developer of the Rush Hour Traffic Counter-Mobile Phone App, designed to streamline traffic surveying. Previously, Matthew held positions as a Mechanical Designer at DJM Consulting Engineering, providing plumbing system layouts, and as a Project Engineer at The Bell Company, where cost estimating and equipment takeoffs were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes serving as a Traffic Surveyor for Lenhart Traffic Consulting and a Telecommunications Assistant at Victaulic. Matthew earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, following a high school education at Severna Park Senior High School.
