Michael Riddering is a highly experienced designer and entrepreneur, currently serving as Co-Founder of Inflight, where the focus is on building the first AI-native feedback platform. Since August 2022, Riddering has also created Dive Club, a podcast and email series aimed at designers committed to continuous learning. As a creator at Academy 2.0, Riddering has facilitated advanced design training for over 5,000 designers from companies such as Stripe and Shopify. Prior roles include Founding Designer at Maven, Design Advisor at Shift Nudge, and Design Lead at Bootcamp.com, where contributions included simplifying learning for pre-med students. Riddering has also held senior design positions at Differential and abe, and co-founded Thrive Studios to assist startups in product development. Michael Riddering graduated with a degree in Economics from DePauw University in 2014.
