Thomas Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving in that role at Inflo since July 2023. Previously, Thomas held similar positions at FloQast and Skill Dynamics, where significant contributions included facilitating high-impact digital procurement and supply chain training for over 300,000 students across more than 520 companies.
