Alisha Patel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Alisha started their career as a Senior Project Manager at TransPerfect in 2011, where they identified requirements and expectations for international growth and managed budgets and production schedules for various contracts. From 2013 to 2015, Alisha worked as a Customer Support Specialist at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where they managed customer orders and inventory. In 2016, they joined BirdEye as a Customer Success Representative and quickly moved up to become a Manager, Mid-Market Customer Success. Alisha then held roles as a Sr. Manager and Director, Commercial Customer Success before leaving the company in 2022. Currently, Alisha works at Influ2 as the Head of Customer Success, starting in April 2023.
Alisha Patel attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Small Business Management/Entrepreneurship.
