Jay Allen is a business leader who currently serves as CEO of The Influence Board and as founder and chairman of CXO Network, a global organization for influential people established in 2001. They co-founded The CFO100, The HR100, The EA100, and The Treasurers, private networks for senior executives—Colorado-based CFO100/HR100/EA100 and the Dallas–Fort Worth–based Treasurers. They advise PE/VC on emerging technologies solving large enterprise problems and work as an Executive Advisor to BurstIQ, a blockchain-enabled data platform; they previously served as Advisor to the CEO at Willis Towers Watson (2015–2017). They earned a BS in International Marketing from Brigham Young University (1988–1993).
