Customer Service Agent

Chelsi James is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service and healthcare. Currently serving as a Customer Service Agent at Influx since October 2020, Chelsi has previously worked as a Laboratory Technician at The University of Technology Jamaica from April 2024 to November 2025, and as a Medical Receptionist at Vision Redefined Eye Centre Limited from March 2022 to August 2022. In the Medical Receptionist role, responsibilities included welcoming 15-30 patients per shift, assisting with check-ins and registration, and managing communication via two phone lines. Chelsi holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from The University of the West Indies, Mona (2017-2020) and is currently pursuing a Master's of Science in Biomedical Research at the same institution (2022-2024). Early education was completed at Hampton School, where Chelsi studied Sciences from 2010 to 2017.
