Caitlin Croft has over 10 years of work experience in marketing, customer success, and operations management. Caitlin began their career in 2008 as an Assistant to the President at The Training Alliance. In 2012, they took on the role of Social Media Marketing Lead at the Prince George Hospice Society and Student Assistant at the UNBC School of Business. In 2013, they became a Product Marketer at Goldstream Publishing. From 2014-2017, they held various roles at AppDynamics, including Field Marketing Manager and Customer Success Coordinator. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Marketing Manager at both SalesHood and Pentaho from Hitachi Vantara. Since 2019, they have been a Senior Manager, Customer and Community Marketing at InfluxData.

Caitlin Croft has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC), with a double major in General Business and Marketing. Caitlin has also obtained additional certifications, including Intermediate Flux from InfluxData in April 2022, Beginner Flux from InfluxData in February 2022, and ITIL Foundation from APMG-International in 2016.
