Jill Guest

Jill Guest began their career in 2011 as an Office Management and Marketing Coordinator at SendGrid. Jill was then promoted to Engagement Marketing Manager, Senior Engagement Marketing Manager, and Sr. Marketing Manager, Customer Growth. In 2019, they joined Twilio Inc. as Director, Growth & Lifecycle Marketing, and then as Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing. In 2022, they were appointed VP, Growth at InfluxData. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase customer satisfaction, sales pipeline, and revenue. Jill has also managed teams, orchestrated the lifecycle communications programs for customers, and planned events for large teams.

Jill Guest holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Colorado Denver, where they studied Business Strategy. Jill also holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied Architecture. Additionally, they have obtained a Retention + Engagement Deep Dive certification from Reforge in October 2020, and a Marketo Certified Expert certification from Marketo in April 2014.
