Rinaldo Consoletti is currently responsible for coordinating and managing the infrastructure of university laboratories at Politecnico di Bari, where they also serve as Project Manager and oversee research and development labs. As a Hardware Designer at INFN-Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare since 2010, Rinaldo has contributed to the development of front-end electronics for SiPM detectors as part of the CTA experiment. Their previous experience includes designing electronic systems for drones and high-speed power converters for aerospace applications at companies such as International Aviation Supply Srl and Energy Factory Bari.
