We partner with institutions to enhance the storage and retrieval of documents vital for administrative, historical, evidential and legal purposes.

InfoConsults International, in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Service (MoPS) and the Ministry of ICT & National Guidance (MoICT & NG), has successfully delivered an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) to digitalize hard copy records and streamline records management processes across government institutions.

Implemented under a framework contract with MoICT & NG, the EDRMS transforms service delivery by digitizing physical records and enhancing the accessibility, efficiency, and security of critical administrative, historical, evidential, and legal documents.

To date, the system has been successfully deployed in seven key entities: MoICT, MoPS, MTIC, URBRA, MoJCA, ODPP, and MoFPED. Expansion is underway to onboard additional ministries and agencies, including MEMD, MoLG, MIA, MoTWA, MoH, UNBS, and MGLSD, further advancing Uganda’s public sector digitization efforts.
