Matthew Wingate

Matthew Wingate, GPHR® and Six Sigma Champion, currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at Info-Matrix Corporation, an IT consulting firm based in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, since March 2019. Previously, Matthew held the position of Account Manager at US Tech Solutions, managing a team of over 20 recruiters and ensuring client profitability and operational efficiency. As a Senior Recruiter and OnSite Program Manager at McGrath Systems, Matthew managed the recruiting lifecycle for multiple clients and handled HR functions for a manufacturing client with over 65 contract employees. Earlier in their career, Matthew worked at Volt Workforce Solutions as a Recruiter and OnSite Program Manager, focusing on matching field employees to client needs and maximizing margins. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2006.
