John Koval

John Koval has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. John started their career in 1997 as a Network Service Specialist at The Tri-M Group, where they specialized in designing and implementing LANs for government, educational, and corporate clients. John also gained expertise in backup strategies, virus protection, and SQL Server installation. In 2004, they joined Syncretic as the Director of Network Services, leading a team of network engineers and providing IT consulting and network service support to clients across different locations. Since 2017, they have been working at Info Solutions LLC, initially as a Practice Manager and later as a Director.

John Koval attended the University of Delaware from 1989 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Photography. In December 2020, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Axelos.
