Douwe Van Den Berg has over a decade of experience in data analysis and training, starting with a role as a Content Analyst & Internal Trainer at CX Company from February 2007 to February 2017, where duties included analyzing and optimizing chatbots and training colleagues. Since March 2017, Douwe has served as a Data & AI Consultant at Info Support, engaging in data engineering and science consultancy, while also taking on the role of Trainer for Data & AI at Info Support's Kenniscentrum. Douwe's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Public Policy and multiple Bachelor's Degrees in Econometrics, Quantitative Economics, and International Economic Studies from Maastricht University, along with a VWO - Gymnasium diploma from Pantarijn.
