Nermine Boulos is a 27-year-old professional with a Master's degree in Management Information Systems. With over 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and business application development, Nermine has delivered end-to-end solutions in CRM, HRIS, and Payroll systems. Currently, Nermine serves as the Department Head of D365 CRM & Power Platform and also leads projects as a Senior Consultant in HRIS, Payroll, and Microsoft Business Applications at Info-Sys SAL.
