Ethan Yeo began their work experience in 2010 at Marina Bay Sands, where they served as a Customer Service Team Lead. Ethan'sresponsibilities included assisting guests with inquiries, handling cash, and managing daily operations. In 2012, they joined Singapore Airlines as a Flight Attendant, where they received the Best Trainee award and fulfilled duties such as explaining safety equipment to passengers and attending to their needs. In 2019, Ethan was promoted to Leading Steward, taking on additional responsibilities such as analyzing cabin maintenance issues, resolving conflicts, and evaluating crew performance. In 2020, they joined INFO-TECH SYSTEMS INTEGRATORS as a Business Development Executive, specializing in consultative selling, developing account plans, and collaborating with various teams. Ethan also worked temporarily at Challenger Technologies Limited as a Retail Assistant, providing customer recommendations and ensuring proper product display. Additionally, Ethan held a role as a Product Beta Tester at Pactera EDGE, where they tested Razer products on different operating platforms.
Ethan Yeo completed their Diploma in Digital Entertainment Technology at Nanyang Polytechnic from 2005 to 2008.
