Dheeraj Deode

Dheeraj Deode currently serves as the Director of ServiceNow Practice at InfoBeans since July 2024, focusing on strategic planning and business strategy. Prior to this role, Dheeraj was the Head of ServiceNow Capability at Eviden from April 2023 to July 2024, emphasizing team management. Between May 2022 and April 2023, Dheeraj held the position of Head of ServiceNow Consultant Development at Atos Syntel in Pune, India, overseeing business demand management, delivery, and stakeholder operations. Dheeraj spent nearly a decade at Atos, primarily as Head of IT Service Management in Helsinki, Finland, guiding ServiceNow ITSM tooling and managing pre-sales and project teams across multiple geographies. Early career experience includes serving as Business Head and Co-Owner of a private company, where Dheeraj directed IT Service Management and developed the CMDB-Live product. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology from Nagpur University and an IBM ACE in Software Engineering and Database from ADCC Research Centre.
