Jeevan Kumar Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and positions in InfoBeans and Algorythms Pvt Ltd. Jeevan Kumar began their career as a Software Engineer at Algorythms Pvt Ltd in March 2004. Jeevan Kumar then joined InfoBeans in June 2005, where they worked as a Software Engineer until March 2007. After that, they progressed through various roles in InfoBeans, including Project Lead, Associate Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Delivery Head. Currently, they hold the position of Delivery Director at InfoBeans.

Jeevan Kumar Sharma completed their higher secondary education at Vikram Higher Secondary School from 1994 to 1997. Jeevan Kumar then pursued a BCA and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) at Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication in Bhopal from 1997 to 2003, specializing in computer applications. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as "Body Language for Leaders" from Simply Body Talk, "Advanced Management Programme for IT Professionals" from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and "Certified Scrum Master" from Scrum Alliance in August 2018.
