Ivan Šumak

Ivan Šumak is a Principal Engineer at Infobip with extensive experience in managing Linux systems, specifically Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, and Debian. Previously, they worked as a Software and System Helpdesk Specialist at Konzum d.d., where Ivan provided support and developed back office software solutions. With a Master's degree from Tehničko veleučilište u Zagrebu and an IT Engineer degree from Zagreb University of Applied Sciences, Ivan has a strong foundation in system administration and technical documentation. Currently, Ivan specializes in automation, system security, and performance tuning in large-scale environments.
