Chris Cottrell

Chris Cottrell serves as a Distinguished Architect at Infoblox since April 2020, leading IT architecture and reporting directly to the CIO, with a focus on AI enterprise systems and applications, including strategy, security, adoption, and sustainable operations. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at Cisco from January 1999 to April 2020, including Distinguished Engineer and Architecture Lead for Cloud and Network Infrastructure, the Internet of Everything Policy and Identity, and Cloud Native Application Transformation, also acting as a Customer Technical Advisor. Earlier experience includes roles at Nortel Networks, SRA International, McDonnell Douglas Space Systems, General Electric Aerospace, and the US Department of Commerce, contributing to a diverse background in systems analysis and infrastructure architecture.
