Don Jackson possesses extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as an Enterprise Account Manager at Fortinet and a Territory Manager at Infoblox. Since March 2017, Don has held the position of Regional Director at CBTS, where responsibilities include sales leadership in enterprise cybersecurity solutions and integration of UCaaS and SD WAN products. As the Owner and Executive Vice President of SunTel Services since 1986, Don has catered to the communication needs of commercial clients across southeast Michigan. Prior experience includes roles as Major Account Executive at ROLM and Major Account Representative at Wang Laboratory and IBM. Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Economics from Albion College.
