At CA Technologies, Leanne held positions such as Director of Resource and Partner Management and Sr. Principal of Services Operations, focusing on global process implementation and strategic workforce planning. Earlier in the career, Leanne was the Manager of Global Resource Management at JDA Software, where management of a global resource program and development of workforce plans were key responsibilities. Leanne holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Dallas and has also pursued education at The University of Texas at Austin and the University of North Texas.
