Sharon Yan

Sharon Yan is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations and regions. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner Leader for the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region at Infoblox since November 2020, Sharon previously held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources for Asia and the Middle East at Capgemini. With a notable tenure at Oracle Asia Pacific that began in 2000, Sharon ascended from HR Manager to HR Director, overseeing multiple business lines and functions over the years. Earlier career experiences include a role as Resourcing Manager at DHL and as an HR Specialist at Compaq Computers, focusing on recruitment and expatriate management. Sharon holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the National University of Singapore, complementing a Bachelor of Arts degree from the same institution.
