Andy McCoy

Andy McCoy has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Andy is currently serving as a Senior Developer/Architect at Infocenter since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at PNC from April 2017 to September 2021 as a ServiceNow Developer and CMDB SME, Automation & Integration. At PNC, they were responsible for assisting in determining Service Asset and Configuration Management requirements and interacting with personnel throughout the organization.

Before PNC, Andy worked as a Configuration Management database consultant at TEKsystems from December 2016 to April 2017. Andy also had a role as an IT Technical Analyst at Newton Consulting from February 2014 to March 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Independent Settlement Services, Inc. from October 2012 to October 2013, where they served as a Development & Productivity Manager. In this role, they worked on operational workflow design, platform migration, and resource management. Andy also held the position of IT & Productivity Supervisor at the same company from March 2011 to October 2012, where they managed computer hardware/software interests and supervised the IT department.

Andy's earlier work experience includes a role as Team Lead at Independent Settlement Services, Inc. from November 2010 to March 2011 and as an Appraisal Operations employee at ValuAmerica from March 2010 to October 2010. Andy started their career as a Foreman at Plantscape, Inc., where they managed landscaping accounts, handled snow removal jobs, and maintained customer relationships from an unspecified date in 2008 to March 2010.

Andy McCoy attended Georgetown in 2001 and 2002, studying General Studies. From 2007 to 2014, McCoy attended the Community College of Beaver County where they earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Networking.
