Kellen Roberts

Kellen Roberts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and IT service management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Infocenter since April 2023, Kellen previously held multiple roles at Principal Financial Group from May 2014 to April 2023, including IT Service Management Product Owner and Delivery Manager II. Kellen's earlier experience includes positions as a Software Engineer, Quality Control Analyst, and IT Intern in Quality Assurance. Additional roles include serving as Web Technician for the University of Iowa Ski and Snowboard Club, Contract Specialist at Sammons Financial Group, and Geek Squad Consultation Agent at Best Buy.
