Michael Cornell has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Infocenter since March 2020, where they oversee technological advancements. Prior to that, they worked as the Area Vice President of Service Delivery at Infocenter from April 2019 to March 2020.

From 2015 to 2019, Michael held the position of Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect at Gatewood Consulting Services. While at Gatewood Consulting Services, they developed solutions using .NET MVC/JavaScript application with Azure Blob Storage and Amazon AWS for database. Michael also co-founded and worked as a developer for JamTab, LLC from January 2015 to January 2019, contributing to the development of a music-related web application with various features such as real-time scrolling tabs synced to audio/video and note recognition technology for guitars and bass.

Before that, Michael worked as an Application Developer at Ingram Barge Company from December 2015 to March 2017. Michael also gained experience in the IT industry by working at HCA as an ITIL Technical Analyst Level II from October 2015 to December 2015, ITIL Technical Analyst Level I from September 2014 to October 2015, and as a Pathways Intern for Remedy Support from May 2014 to September 2014.

In addition to their professional experience, Michael also served as a Multimedia Contributor and Lab Administrator at Middle Tennessee State University from August 2008 to May 2014. Michael gained early experience in the recording industry as an intern at Benchmark Sound Studios from July 2012 to August 2012 and as an Assistant Engineer at Blasting Zone Records from July 2010 to May 2012.

Michael Cornell holds a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), completed from 2008 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they earned a Bachelor of Mass Communication degree in Recording Industry, Audio Production, from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Michael Cornell has obtained several certifications including Splunk 6 Knowledge Objects and Splunk 6 Searching & Reporting from Splunk in April 2015, ITIL Process Foundations from HCA in January 2015, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist from ServiceNow in March 2018, ServiceNow System Administrator from ServiceNow in December 2017, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in December 2016.
