Rucha Dhote

Rucha Dhote has extensive experience in resource management, currently serving as a Manager for the Resource Management Group at InfoCepts since May 2016. In this role, Rucha oversees demand and supply planning, bench management, and stakeholder management to fulfill business needs. Previous positions at InfoCepts include Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Executive, and Executive, focusing on resource planning, forecasting, and strategic development in collaboration with key stakeholders. Prior to InfoCepts, Rucha worked at Capgemini within the Project Management Office from July 2014 to April 2016. Rucha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, completed in 2014.
