INFOCOM CORPORATION is a Japan-based company engaged in the provision of information technology (IT) solutions and information communication services. It has two business segments. The IT Service segment is engaged in the provision of solutions, including the planning and development of information systems along with consultation services, to cellular phone carriers, corporations, medical institutions, public offices and academic institutions, as well as the planning, operation and management of information communications systems. The Net Business segment is engaged in the provision of contents and electronic commerce (EC) services to cellular phone users. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 13 consolidated subsidiaries.
