Max Derbyshire

Max Derbyshire began their work experience in 2008 as a Front Desk Coordinator at the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, where they were responsible for booking in patients and handling confidential information. In 2010, they worked as a Health Care Assistant at the same organization, providing high-quality patient care. From 2011 to 2013, Max worked as a Store Manager at Hollister Co., managing a team and achieving sales targets. In 2013, they completed an internship at Incuna Ltd, where they created product specifications and documentation for pharmaceutical companies. Max then joined Certus Recruitment Group in 2013 as a Senior Graduate Recruiter, responsible for managing the graduate recruitment process for various clients. In 2016, they became a Principle Graduate Recruiter at Certus, specializing in recruiting graduates for companies in various sectors. Max joined InfoDesk in 2018 as a Sales Manager for Global New Business, providing strategic insights and collaborating with clients to improve decision-making. Max then progressed to become a Senior Consultant, first in Global New Business and later in Strategic Accounts, where they utilized AI and human expertise to help the Life Science industry make informed decisions.

Max Derbyshire attended Abingdon School from 2001 to 2008. Max then went on to study at the University of Birmingham from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Hons in Human Biology, achieving a 2.1 degree classification.
