Sameer Patel

Sameer Patel has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Sameer has held leadership positions in various companies, including Infogain, where they currently serve as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Prior to this, Sameer was the AVP & Head of Talent Acquisition for India at Ness Digital Engineering. Sameer also worked at Persistent Systems as the Workforce Management Head and later as the Geo Head of Talent Acquisition. Sameer has also held positions at Zwayam, Fujitsu Consulting India, Syntel Inc, Winsoft Technologies, and Datapro Information Technologies Ltd. Sameer has a strong background in recruitment and HR, with a career spanning over two decades.

Sameer Patel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University, from 1991 to 1994. Sameer later pursued a Masters in Personnel Management from the same university, from 1996 to 1997, focusing on HR.
