Geeta Multani has been working in the Human Resources field since 2016. Geeta began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Ztek Consulting in 2016. In 2017, they moved to Omiz Solutions Pvt Ltd as an HR Manager, where they maintained and developed effective internal procedures, handled employee-related issues, supported recruiting and retention efforts, and kept performance at peak levels. In 2020, they joined Inscripts as a Human Resources Specialist. In 2021, they moved to Infoglen LLC as an Analyst HR, where they maintained optimal staffing levels, managed the Employee Rewards Program, improved organizational filing systems, and implemented new engagement activities for employees. Currently, Geeta is a Senior Executive - Talent Management at BORN Group.
