Oscar Rivas

Oscar Rivas is a seasoned Network and Security Specialist currently employed at Informatica y Logística El Salvador since April 2019. Previously, Oscar held the position of Gerente de Infraestructura y Telecomunicaciones at Getcom International from March 2013 to December 2016, where responsibilities included planning, designing, and executing Data Center projects along with budget management. Oscar has also served as NOC Manager at Comunicaciones IBW from February 2007 to March 2013, overseeing personnel in the NOC and Technical Support departments and handling client configurations. Earlier experience includes a role as Técnico NOC at Comunicaciones IBW from April 2005 to February 2007, focusing on WAN network monitoring. Oscar Rivas has a solid educational background in systems engineering and telecommunications with degrees from Universidad Don Bosco and American University, complemented by specialized certifications in Cisco Security and Windows Server administration.
