Supritha Darshan has worked in the Human Resources field since 2012. supritha began their career at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions as an Assistant Team Member. In 2021, they were appointed Head of HR at Infomaticaa LLC.

Supritha Darshan completed their Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Kalpatharu College of Education, Tiptur in 2013. supritha studied PCMCS (Political, Constitutional, Management and Criminal Studies) during their time at the college, which they started in 2010.
