Simon Webster

Simon Webster is an entrepreneur and business school lecturer with a notable background in entrepreneurship through acquisition. They raised the first search fund outside of North America, successfully acquiring RSL in 1995 and growing it from £3.5 million to £30 million in sales over a decade. Currently, Simon serves as a company director, investor, and educator, focusing on mentoring search fund entrepreneurs and investing in the healthcare sector. Actively engaged in academia, Simon is a guest lecturer at London Business School, a chairman at the Search Fund Advisory Board at IESE, and an Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD.
