Patrick Zhang

Patrick Zhang is an experienced professional in the technology and fintech sectors, currently serving as the First Vice President of FinTech at China Construction Bank (Asia) since September 2023. In addition, Patrick is an Editor for the Architecture & Design column at InfoQ. Previously, Patrick held various leadership roles at Protecht, including Chief Technology Officer and SVP of Engineering, and was the Head of Fulfillment Engineering at Trellis. Patrick contributed insights as a member of the Forbes Technology Council and co-founded Hillotask, which focused on enabling individuals to monetize their skills in the gig economy. Patrick's educational background includes an Executive Education in Technology and Operations from MIT Sloan School of Management and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC Irvine.
