Rupert Field is an experienced professional in organizational transformation, currently serving as Director at Duffle-bag Consulting since February 2019, focusing on DevOps and Agile methodologies. Previously, Rupert held the position of Delivery Leader at GFT, where significant achievements included leading an award-winning agile transformation for Deutsche Bank. In addition, Rupert has contributed as a Management Consultant at Rule Financial and has held various roles, including Associate at Menas Associates and Senior Editor at The Sanctuary Newspaper. Educational qualifications include a Mini-MBA from EADA Business School and a degree from the University of Nottingham, complemented by studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
