Sameer Tabbakh

Dr. Sameer Tabbakh, PhD, PMP, is a seasoned executive with over two decades of leadership in strategic project management, particularly in transportation infrastructure and public-private partnerships. They co-founded Inspiring Experience, a consultancy focused on service and experience design, and have held pivotal roles in major organizations such as the Jeddah Transport Company and Saudi Telecom Company, contributing to significant advancements in Saudi Arabia's public transport sector. Dr. Tabbakh obtained a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University, specializing in service design, and also holds an MBA from The University of Hull. Currently, they serve as the Director of Control & Monitoring at Jeddah Transport Company and as a Select Advisory Member at Infoquest.
