Austin Basham graduated with a BA in Integrated Marketing Communications from Wichita State University. They began their career as a Men's Basketball Manager at the university before stepping into roles at IMA Financial Group, where they served as a CRS Associate Broker and Account Technician. Austin then worked as a Customer Success Consultant at nCloud Integrators, honing their skills in customer engagement, and continued their journey as a Product Analyst at Flint Hills Resources. Currently, they are a Customer Experience Manager at Infor, contributing their expertise in customer success, supported by certifications from Gainsight.
