They leverage their expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, process optimization, and change management to drive effective outcomes for clients. With a solid background as a project manager and change management practitioner, Bob has held several leadership roles, including Director positions at Newmont Mining Corporation and DTE Energy. They received their Master of Science in Management from Regis University in the early 1990s.
