Cynthia King

Cynthia King has extensive experience in education delivery and accounts receivable management. At Infor, from September 2017 to January 2025, Cynthia held the positions of Manager of Education Delivery, Learning Consultant, and Senior Consultant, focusing on M3 training and developing training solutions tailored to client needs. Prior to Infor, Cynthia worked at IKON Office Solutions (Ricoh Corp) as a Senior Inside Sales Representative and AR Supervisor, where responsibilities included sales and credit management for a commercial portfolio. Additionally, Cynthia served as Accounts Receivable Deductions Manager at Mezzetta and as AR Manager at Jelly Belly Candy Company, supervising teams and managing credit and collections for global portfolios.
