Della Kent has extensive experience in customer success and technical support, currently serving as a Principal Customer Success Manager at Infor since December 1992. Della's expertise encompasses software support primarily for the SunSystems application, managing customer incidents, and ensuring SLAs for response and resolution are consistently met. Responsibilities include chairing weekly stakeholder meetings to enhance the SaaS support model, resolving customer escalations, mentoring colleagues, and providing performance reports. Prior experience includes a role as IT Manager at System Software Associates from 1994 to 1999, where Della oversaw a team managing EMEA infrastructure and network operations, established company policies, and facilitated IT education for users. Education was completed at Rosebery Grammar School in Epsom from 1975 to 1982.
