Emily R. is currently the Enablement Director on the Programs Team at Infor, where they drive the strategy and execution of training initiatives for customers, partners, and internal audiences. With over a decade of experience in enablement roles, Emily has previously held positions at companies such as Informatica, where they managed global presales enablement initiatives, and True Value Company, where they significantly improved departmental communication and training practices. Emily's early career included roles in product development and purchasing, establishing a diverse foundation in operations and training. They are currently pursuing a BS in Business with a focus on Marketing from Miami University.
